Was greeted very nicely by Chris at the counter. He was very attentive, personable, and efficient. you really need to promote this guy! the chicken Stromboli was also very good and plentiful. Was concerned after seeing previous reviews.

Location - Terminal B Sacramento International Airport Wasn't expecting much, ordered a slice of Pepperoni Pizza, coffee and a bottle of water. As expected, airport pricing but, have to say, the pizza was delicious. Only comment was their box container is a bit thin/flimsy that it is indeed possible to drop the pizza/box. I am sure the mgt. is aware of this as the cashier did warn me to be careful as the box was a bit thin. I didn't look and check if trays were available, my fault, not theirs. Great coffee.

Let me start off by saying the staff was very friendly. After a long five hour flight, being greeted by a smiling face to get food was necessary. Additionally, there was no line or wait. I was only there for about five minutes. The pizza however was forgettable and pricey for a single slice, and my beverage was filled with ice. Got barely any drink. Make sure you ask for little ice when you go.

Today 12-19-18 at your location in the southwest terminal at the Sacramento airport I was rudely ignored by an employee named Andrew while he was talking with his back turned to the counter after waiting for several minutes I asked whom was in charge of waiting on customers as other employees just kept walking back and forth without acknowledging the customers waiting in line. Andrew just smirked at me and walked to the back, the young lady making pizza muttering under her breath the entire time finally waited on us. The young man at the register was apologetic but does not make up for the rude behavior myself and several others had to experience from the other 2 individuals. time stamp of 3:01pm was on my receipt with check # 569724

I’ve eaten at many Famous Famiglia Pizzerias in many airports around the country. THIS ONE has gone way downhill since it’s recent renovation. I don’t know if it was a change in management or driven by SMF Airport requirements, but menu choices have shrunk considerably - only salads, bread knots, pizza, and Stromboli adorn the board now - and they run short of items during normal business times. The number of frontline employees has diminished and their attitudes, in general, need a little adjustment to the good. The last five or six times I visited, there was no Stromboli, which is sad because their chicken Parmesan Stromboli is the best and other FFP’s don’t offer this particular flavor. This time (6:00 PM!), there were no bread knots or Stromboli (I didn’t see any salads, though I didn’t ask) and the manager said there were no plans to make any because of manning. Yet he was out front, taking orders and serving, when he could have been making more. Until the manager came out front, there was only a cashier and a pizza maker visible, where - in the past - a third employee took and prepared orders so the other two could concentrate on their specific tasks. The current manning situation causes long lines and long wait times.
